Add them when you buy or at any time; added part-way through a billing period, you only pay for the rest of it. Mailbox fees are separate. Unsubscribe links go in every campaign email when sending is live.

£2,997 today covers your setup, the Full Audit and your first 5 weeks. The first £1,997 is taken 5 weeks after your setup payment, then every 4 weeks, plus applicable taxes. We aim to have your first campaign ready for your approval within 7 days of receiving your list.
No minimum term. Cancel anytime and the next payment stops. The weeks already paid for are not refunded, and your service runs to the end of them. Change your mind before your onboarding call and the £2,997 is refunded in full; once onboarding starts, the setup work has begun and the setup fee is not refundable. No result is promised at any price.
Not happy with the audit? Request a refund within 14 calendar days of payment by emailing info@leadrecoverydesk.com from your account address. We refund the audit payment, including tax charged, and remove audit access. Read the refund terms.
The audit is £997 once, plus applicable taxes. It gives you the complete list, with segmentation, export and audit features. Your final tax is calculated at checkout from your business location.
On the 4-weekly term, the first 14 days of the automated email campaign are included. The 6- and 12-month packages are paid in full up front for 15% and 25% less, with no free 14 days. The price and billing period you select are shown above. The automated email campaign stays locked until you have the audit. The included 14 days, or a paid package, start with purchase, even while setup is unfinished. Already paying every 4 weeks? You can switch to a longer package from your account without paying for the audit again. Sending needs a compatible business mailbox, completed readiness checks and your sequence approval; mailbox costs are separate. The subscription renews unless cancelled before the next renewal.
What the £997 covers. The complete cleaned and segmented list from your confirmed imports, with lead review, status updates, export and a downloadable summary. The campaign drafts use your reviewed business setup and the included automated email campaign. Sending stays off until its own requirements are met.
What no price buys. No legal conclusion about any contact. No promise of delivery, replies, bookings or revenue. No result is promised at any price, and recency groups never establish permission to contact someone.
